It is worth noting a Sat Nav will get you here but via very small country lanes. We strongly advise if coming via Haverfordwest please follow the main road to St Davids and then out to us.
By Car - We are just four miles north of St Davids and easy to find, we recommend taking a left turn at St Davids Rugby Club and follow the road for 3 miles. You will find us on the left, by the sea. If coming from the Fishguard area, follow signs towards St Davids, taking the second right in the village of ‘Croes Goch’. Continue on this road to a left fork at the bottom of the hill. From this direction you will find us on your right.
By Train - There are train services to Haverfordwest & Fishguard Stations from London, Cardiff and Swansea. Fishguard & Haverfordwest are well serviced by bus and taxi, to get you to site. Book a Train with Trainline
By Bus - Fflecsi Bus Service is available for travel anywhere in the Pembrokeshire area. Fflecsi Adult returns start from £4 or £6 for longer journeys. Children can travel for as little as £1.50 return. You must book your ride via the app or phone, then a bus picks you up at your request, changing its route so that all passengers can get to where they need to go.
Alternative route/HGV - When traveling by HGV, Coach, or towing we recommend taking the main A40 road to the village of ‘Letterston” and then head west on the ‘St Davids Road’. This takes you to the to the village of Mathry. Take a left turn onto the A487, follow signs towards St Davids. In the village of ‘Croes Goch’ take the second right turn and follow this road taking a left fork at the bottom of the hill. Continue for another mile, from this direction you will find us on your right.
By Foot - Celtic Camping is situated on the stunning Pembrokeshire Coastal path, so enjoying a stunning walk to site is no problem at. Plan your journey well, and allow plenty of time to enjoy the scenery along the way.

Here at Celtic Camping, we have 3 main large camping fields with an additional satellite field (the Blue Lagoon field) for those campers looking to get away from the main camping areas. All of our camping fields have a wonderful view over the Irish Sea. The Farmhouse Field is closest to our Facilities.
Please note during the peak camping periods, we will bring in additional portable toilets to support our fixed toilet and shower blocks. These ensure that toilet facilities are in every field. They are cleaned daily and emptied on a regular basis.
We have a dedicated CCTV system that covers the campsite and provides that overarching security for peace of mind.

Here at Celtic Camping, we love dogs! So much so that we have one of our own.
Meet Thor, our resident German Shepherd dog. You’ll more than likely be greeted by him when you arrive, and they love nothing more than saying hello to our guests and having a good fuss. He is happy to play with other dogs and make friends with all of our guests who stay with us. The whole of our Campsite is dog friendly – please note; dogs are not normally allowed in our accommodation, exceptions may be made for guide dogs and specialist carer dogs – please contact us for more information.

Whilst our own glamping is on hold! We are delighted to be working with Steve Bradley from Nights Under Canvas they are a family-run company born and bred in the heart of Pembrokeshire in West Wales and what they want most in this world is to share with you their love of Bell Tents. They know nothing beats sleeping under the canvas in the great outdoors, making happy memories with your family and friends whilst having lots of fun.
Whether your #staycation is a short romantic break or a long well-earned family holiday, Nights Under Canvas Bell Tents offer the sort of style and comfort that leaves you feeling relaxed without all the hassle of packing and setting up your tent.
Nights Under Canvas can hire out one of their spacious 5m Bell Tents (we also have 3m, 4m Bell Tents) as an extra bedroom, a quiet chill zone, yoga space, an area to relax and unwind or entertain the kids with a play area or cinema night! They even have a Bubble Tent for Star Gazing! They also offer furnished, part furnished or just empty Bell Tents for hire for every type of occasion from a baby shower, pamper or hen party. Their beautifully decorated bell tents provide the perfect backdrop for larger events such as a festival, glamping village and corporate events.
You provide the location and details of the campsite and the Nights Under Canvas team will get into action and do the rest to create your very own glamping experience. Go to ‘How it works’ page for more information.

With any coastal camping, whilst it offers amazing seas views, it can at times be a little breezy – therefore you need to ensure that your camping equipment is robust enough to withstand our coastal weather systems and you should also be knowledgeable on tent erecting and the use of your camping equipment and the vehicle you intend to use (campervan, motor-home or caravan). If you have not put up your tent for a while or you are a first-time camper, then turning up here and trying to erect your tent for the first time in breezy conditions is not recommended. We are on hand to offer advice and assistance.
